Competitive Gymnastics

Our mission for our competitive gymnasts is captured in our mission statement: "We provide elite-level training in a healthy atmosphere while inspiring each gymnast to find their inner warrior." Our aim is to help gymnasts unlock their full potential, guiding them at a pace that is not only beneficial for their young bodies but also for their mental well-being. 

Students will learn life skills, including how to conquer fear, surmount mental and physical challenges, and realize that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. Additionally, they will grasp the significance of setting goals, managing their time effectively, and demonstrating unwavering commitment. Ultimately, they will emerge as genuine warriors, ready to face any obstacle with determination and resilience.

For the Little Ones

Engaging in play with your child speaks their love language. It stands as one of the most effective means for them to establish a strong bond and sense of connection with you.

  • This is a FREE program for babies. The goal is to get parent and baby out to bond and socialize, and to work on milestones in physical and mental development.

  • This class is a perfect fit if you have a little one who has begun to take those first steps! Our Parent & Tot class is carefully crafted to facilitate interaction between you and your child, fostering a strong bond while aiding them in acquiring essential skills like body identification, colors, numbers, and sequences, as well as fine and large motor skills. The gymnastics skills introduced in this class are not only age-appropriate but also conducted in a safe environment, with guidance from both you and our experienced coach.

    The advantages of this class extend beyond the gym floor, emphasizing the importance of bonding with your child and promoting brain development. Scientific research underscores the positive impact of regular physical activity on both the mind and body. Commencing gymnastics at an early age enhances the strengthening of neural pathways between the brain's two hemispheres, setting the stage for cognitive growth and development.

  • The skills taught in this class are not only age-appropriate but also ensure the safety of their developing bodies. Our focus is on nurturing fundamental gymnastics skills, as well as refining fine and large motor skills. Additionally, this class plays a vital role in constructing essential brain pathways that will prove invaluable in future endeavors like reading and writing.

    Throughout these sessions, children will learn the art of play, the importance of following sequences, attentive listening to instructions, and the gradual cultivation of confidence, all while enjoying a fun and engaging experience

  • This is an exciting Spartan program designed specifically for younger minds and bodies who are ready to do what the big kids are doing, but require age-appropriate equipment.

  • Designed for ages 6+, this program is for anyone who wants to learn how to tumble, or who knows how to tumble and wants to learn more! We teach proper techniques and drills to accomplish any tumbling goal your child may have.

    Tumbling 1: 1 Hour Once a Week $90

    Tumbling 3: 90 Minutes Once a Week | $110

  • 1 Day (1-2 hrs) | $20-40

    This covers 12 kids and one Warriors Coach. It will cost $10 per additional child, and you will get an additional coach. The maximum is 20 kids.

    These fees cover up to 10 attendees. It will cost $15 per additional person.

First-time clients receive free a trial by booking through the link below. During this trial period, our dedicated coaches will assess whether the class is a good fit for your child or if they may benefit from a different level.

Once you or our coach identifies the most suitable class for your child, progression to the next level hinges on meeting specific skill requirements. Our coaches meticulously maintain skill sheets and closely monitor the development of our athletes. Rest assured, we'll keep parents in the loop and promptly inform you when your child is ready to transition to the next level.

It's important to mention that team membership is an exclusive invitation-only opportunity. However, we gladly offer assessments for those who have a keen interest in joining our esteemed team.
